Main Responsibilities:

· Own a sales area and execute plans for consistent sales growth

· Represent our prestigious AI solutions and services to the signature clients

· Tactically cold call and source leads to find prospects

· Research clients’ human capital needs; strategically match their needs with our solutions and close deals that fully align the two goals

· Build quick rapport and a work of influence with contacts and prospects

· Learn, grow and find untapess by partnering with our best consulting and technology sales mentors

Main Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus; HR degree preferred

· A minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales, consultative solutions-based sales or entrepreneurial efforts

· Successful track record from lead generation to deal close

· Experience in workplace solutions, human capital, organizational transformation, industrial or marketing survey or a related field is an advantage

· Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision

· The ability to build relationships with clients at a senior level

· Ability to travel occasionally as business demands
